Please add 5% GST unless, you live in Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or Newfoundland where 13% HST is applicable. Residents of BC include 12% HST.

Regular

Annual Fee:

$120+GST/HST

Professionals regularly involved in cardiovascular disease prevention and rehabilitation shall be eligible for regular membership. Regular members have voting privileges and can stand for office as outlined in the bylaws. Membership dues will be assessed annually by the Board of Directors to provide sufficient revenue to operate the affairs of the Association (CACR).

Associate

Annual Fee:

$120+GST/HST

Professionals interested in cardiovascular disease prevention and rehabilitation not currently eligible as a regular or student member. Associates receive all member benefits except they do not have voting privileges.

Student

Annual Fee:

$55+GST/HST

Professionals who are currently enrolled full time in a graduate program directly related to the prevention and rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases my quality. Proof of applicability must be provided when membership or renewal. Student members have no voting rights.

Retired

Annual Fee:

$50+GST/HST

Members in cardiovascular disease prevention and rehabilitation that have retired from their profession and who wish to continue to support the activities of CACR.  Retired members receive all CACR member benefits except they do not have voting privileges.

International

Annual Fee:

$150 no GST/HST

Professionals regularly involved in cardiovascular disease prevention and rehabilitation or interested in them while living outside of Canada can become an international member. The international members do not have voting privileges and can not run for office in accordance with CCRA regulations. Contributions are determined annually by the Board of Directors to provide the CCRA income necessary for its activities.
