Travel awards provide up to $2,500 for graduate students and post-doctoral fellows to present their own research at meetings, conferences (including international conferences) or symposia. Applicants must be presenting research that has a substantive focus on gender and/or sex and health. *Please note that the Travel Awards competitions will be administered through ResearchNet. IGH Gender, Sex and Health Knowledge Translation (KT) Supplement – October 1, 2011 (http://www.cihr-irsc.gc.ca/e/43621.html)
The aim of the Gender, Sex and Health Trainee KT Supplement is to support graduate students and post-doctoral fellows to engage in the KT of gender, sex and health research from their postgraduate thesis or post-doctoral project. Up to five KT supplements may be awarded per year, valued up to $5,000 each. (1 deadline per year)

The aim of IGH’s Gender, Sex and Health Research Skills Development Award Program is to build research capacity by providing graduate students and post-doctoral fellows with funding for gender, sex and health research skills acquisition. Up to five skill awards may be granted per year, valued up to $5,000 each. (1 deadline per year)

The IGH Award for Excellence in Gender, Sex and Health Research recognizes outstanding gender, sex and health research carried out by graduate students and post-doctoral fellows. Graduate students and post-doctoral fellows from all disciplines, working in the field of gender, sex and health research are eligible to apply for this $1,000 award. (1 deadline per year)
